Hello, my full name is Tran Minh Hoan. Today, I want to talk about my activities during a week without screens.

First, I will talk about my free time activities. I often drink coffee in my free time. It's an outdoor activity. I spent more than 3 hours doing it. I often go to drink coffee in the afternoon. I went to drink coffee at a shop near the school. I usually do it 5 times a week. I do it with my friends. During the week, I spend 70 hours in front of a screen. Because I spend most of my time studying and entertainment. I need a week without screens because watching too many screens harms my health. It is harmful to my eyes and body. I think it's important to reduce screen time in the future. It gives me more time to relax and see family and friends.


Second, I want to talk about the activities I do to reduce screen time.

The first activity is exercise. It's an outdoor activity. I often exercise in the park. I do it in the morning and the evening. I usually do this activity alone. I exercise regularly because it helps improve my health.

The second activity is reading books. It's an indoor activity. I often read books at home. I read books at night before going to bed. I did this activity alone. I like reading books because it helps me develop my thinking and know more things.


The screen-free week is beneficial for us right now. It helps us relax and have more time to care for ourselves. We can also use our time to do things like cooking, writing music, and hanging out with friends and family.


In short, doing these activities during a screen-free week has made my physical condition much better. It also makes me feel more comfortable.
