- Develop and execute marketing strategy
- Identify market needs on health care & treatment service to create new package of services
- Manage the operations of Marketing Department
- Promote and enhance the new image
- Launch new services, products to clients and ensure the sales target of the hospital.
- Develop and implement a suitable Public Communication Strategy for entire hospital as well as for specific areas.
- Look for information of special demand or comments from clients or internal sources to develop hospital services
- Seek business opportunity and make sure appropriate opportunities are captured
- Maintain good contact with clients through quality tracking and customers’ feedback
- Direct supervision on membership program and organization activities
- Handle hospital tour when required.
- Three to five years experience in Business Development Management with strong record
- Excellent analytical and strategic planning skills
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Strong communication skills (English & Vietnamese. French is highly recommended and rewarded)
- Strong knowledge and experience in Digital Marketing
- Ability to develop and promote membership program
- Ability to work independently and be a good team player
- Experience in cross-cultural environment.
- Experience in medical field is a plus
- Ability to develop business strategy, PR strategy
- International experience/training in related field is preferable
